The purpose of the survey is to produce an accurate and detailed plan of the excavated buildings and the new data arising out of recent archaeological investigations. A plan of the buildings, to a scale of 1:25, was made using a combination of topographical reference points, an architectural survey with on-the-spot measurements, and scale photographs. Particular attention was paid to recording the buildings’ interior decoration and structural and morphological details.
